- What is a group?
- Your group is your team: a line, department, or area, with its own alert types, locations, and members. You set one up when you join Holler.
- How do I get SMS?
- SMS is part of Pro, nothing extra to buy, and it launches soon. Your on-shift responders get a text when an alert needs them. Push and email are included on every plan today.
- What happens when a Free group hits 100 alerts in a month?
- New alerts pause until the month rolls over, or until you upgrade. Nothing is deleted and everything stays visible. Pro has no monthly cap.
- Can I run more than one team?
- Yes. Each team is its own account and subscription. Tell us if you'd like several on one bill.
