- What is a group?
- Your group is your team: a line, department, or area, with its own alert types, locations, and members. You set one up when you join Holler.
- Who gets a text?
- Anyone on shift with the Support role who has added a US mobile number and ticked the SMS box. The text goes out with the push and the email, not after them. Texts are part of Pro with nothing extra to buy. Free groups get push and email.
- What happens when a Free group hits 100 alerts in a month?
- New alerts pause until the month rolls over, or until you upgrade. Nothing is deleted and everything stays visible. Pro has no monthly cap.
- Can I run more than one team?
- Yes. Each team is its own account and subscription. Tell us if you'd like several on one bill.
